You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any product or service offered on the Site. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit YesCartridges, purchase products or services through the Site, or email the Company, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on and updates to the Site. By using the Site, you hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.CONFIRMING, CANCELLING, AND CHANGING YOUR ORDERS
For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and obtain an estimated date of arrival by calling our sales team at 08456 435 866 or via email at email@example.com . If your order has not yet entered the delivery process, you can change the details by calling the sales team. Company will not provide reimbursement for postage and handling charges once the order has entered the delivery process. Refer to delivery link for further details on changing the address after the package has been dispatched.ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are within Company's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received by Company prior to acceptance of an order. Company may accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit (other forms of payment may be added or removed at Company's sole discretion).
Any queries relating to an order payable by invoice must be raised before the invoice due date. If no query is raised within this period the invoice must be paid in full and on time. Failure to do so can result in recovery action being taken and additional costs occurring.
Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by Company. Company expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and the terms of the membership, as applicable.
Unless otherwise noted, Company will make best efforts to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the Site. Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.
Please be aware that any goods despatched through Royal Mail can not be declared missing until 15 working days from despatch. If your goods do not arrive within this period please contact us and a replacement or refund will be offered.RETURN, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGED CONDITIONS
If you need to return any product(s) purchased from Yes Cartridges, you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any orders returned without RMA are recycled and do not qualify for any credit.
We may on occasion allow you to return any goods unopened that are not faulty subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

In the event a business customer may feel their product is faulty outside of 30 days, they must report the fault as soon as it occurs and provide agreed proof or supply an engineers report confirming the fault. We will make all efforts to replace the product to rectify any confirmed fault or if unable to do so, we will offer a credit on your account. We will not refund any faulty products outside of this period and will offer a credit on your account where appropriate. If you send us a product(s) back that are found not to be faulty after testing there will be a £9.99 charge for re-delivery.PRODUCT RESALE
Customer shall not engage in the business of reselling products purchased from Yes Cartridges, or remove components from product for resale, except upon express prior written authorisation of Yes Cartridges.ASSIGNMENT
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of Yes Cartridges.GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS
This agreement is governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the UNITED KINGDOM is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that UNITED KINGDOM courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the customer and Printer Inks are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred.TAXES

The limited warranty and returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, improper storage, extreme temperatures, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs. Any re-sale of our product without written permission is not permitted. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of Yes Cartridges Products. You expressly understand and agree that the products and services provided are on an as is and as available basis. Appropriate care should be taken at all times when installing and removing cartridges to avoid any ink or toner spillage by customer. We can't be held responsible for any damage caused in event of spillage.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Company is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
You accept full responsibility for keeping your account password confidential, restricting access to your computer and keeping the e-mail address associated with your account current. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur. Periodically links may be established from Site to one or more external web sites, these links are provided for your convenience only. None of such links should be deemed to imply that Company endorses the Third Party Sites or any content therein.
All of our products are sold at the time to work with the manufacturers current firmware/software. If you update the firmware after purchasing cartridges this does not fall under our warranty. We recommend customers to avoid updating their printers firmware and software if they want to use third-party cartridges.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY Yes Cartridges, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON Yes Cartridges .
