We hope you will be happy with your order from Yes Cartridges but we understand there are times where you might need to return an item. Please see options below.

Returning an item due to change of mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item as long as it is unopened and in the condition it was received in. You must contact us to receive a returns reference. All returns of this nature will be subject to a £1.99 fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

My item is faulty

Our products carry a 12 month guarantee. Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or credit.

When can't I return an item?

You can't return an item if it has been opened, is outside of 14 days or if a fault has been caused by yourself.
