COVID-19 UPDATE

HOW WE ARE MANAGING IT?

During these ever changing and uncertain times we have put the following practices in place

•  All staff to work from home where possible. This includes all customer service and back office staff.
• Our warehouse and despatch team to work a minimum of 5m apart from each other and to stagger shifts where possible. The warehouse has been deep cleaned and all staff are wearing gloves that are changed every hour with a full hand wash.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU?

• Reaching us by phone may at times take a little longer than usual due to reduced workforce. Please e-mail us when you can to allow us to proved the most effective service possible.
• Our delivery partners are still stating it is 'business as usual'.
• We are still packing and despatching orders same day where we can.
• Due to the surge in online ordering and increase in parcels being delivered we do envisage there being some delays in deliveries in the next few weeks. If you have a query about a delivery we would ask that you e-mail.

I would personally like to wish you all the very best at this current time. I am certain if we all pull together we can beat this and hopefully resume some form of normality pretty soon.
