I can not fault your company
I ordered a full pack of cartridges when I put them in my printer the magenta cartridge said replace when I put my old cartridge in was ok you very kindly sent me the magenta t1293 free of charge but still having same problem could there be anything else that may cause this problem as I don't know what to do any help would be appreciated
